What you will do

Analyzing CRM data to identify patterns and opportunities.
Using tools like Bigquery or Excel to visualize and present findings.
Assisting in the optimization of business processes through data-driven insights.
Supporting market research to explore growth opportunities.
Collaborating with teams to implement actionable business strategies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Bigquery, SQL.
Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Knowledge of market research techniques is a plus.
An interest in understanding and optimizing business processes.
