What To Expect During A Body Lift Recovery?
After the surgery, there will be stitches on your incisions. There will be dressings on your incisions and you may need to wear compression garment for a while. Right after the surgery, it is normal to experience some pain and discomfort. You may also experience some bruising and swelling. Pain and discomfort will improve after a few days. Until then, pain can be successfully controlled by pain medication. Small, thin tubes may be temporarily placed under the skin to drain excess fluid and blood.
